We invite you to participate and collaborate with QIDS. To download the QIDS data, please register here. You will be asked a few short questions and then we will send a password to your email.
Once you have registered, you will have access to the following:
- QIDS Facility Survey
- QIDS Household Survey
- QIDS Patient Exit Survey
- QIDS Physician Survey
